Only a short bike ride away lies a delightful world of wooded slopes, small villages, hidden temples and the peaks of the Nepal Himalaya providing some excellent, easy to semi – technical single track riding along old jeep roads. 

Kathmandu Valley offers a host of Biking tour options for all levels of riders, from an easy afternoon jaunt into the country to a full days climbing and single track. Biking in the Valley can take you to the heights of 2200 meters, showcases stunning panoramas of the Himalaya, opens up the vibrant semi-rural culture just outside the bustling city and explores jungles, National Parks and many kilometers of rambling single tracks through rice fields and villages.
